Growing Spiritually Strong in the Lord Part 1 Requires three things: Food Exercise Rest.

Food, vitamins, supplements: Vitamin P=Prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:25, 5:17, Matthew 26:41, Philippians 4:6, James 5:16)

John 4:34, Matthew 4:4

Rest= Stop and allow ourselves to recover, regenerate and absorb (Joshua 1:8,9 Psalm 37:4, Mark 6:32, Hebrews 11:28,29 Hebrew 4:9, Exodus 14:3, Psalm 46:10)You have everything you need use it (Matthew 17:20)You have to have the desire to do God's Will (2 Peter 3: 10-18)We are blocking what God has for us (Matthew 8:26)Be in tune with one's self (2 Corinthians 12:8-10)

Exercise= Get moving (Proverbs 6:6, Romans 12:1 Philippians 4:13, 2 Timothy 2:15, James 1:22)Ask God for something only he can do. (Luke 15:10)
